Aaron Gigliotti’s practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, trust and estate planning, appellate practice, and conservatorships including complex conservatorship issues such as Lanterman Petris Short (LPS conservatorships).
His previous experience includes three years as a sole practitioner, Vice President at Villafranco Wealth Management, a multi-family office that manages the assets of high net worth families, and as a litigation associate at Schiff Hardin LLP in Chicago.
Mr. Gigliotti is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law and received his B.A. at Columbia College Chicago. He is admitted to practice law in California. He is a sixth generation native Californian and is the father of five children.
